To make matters worse, when I tried to process a return, the seller refused to provide a prepaid return label, making it incredibly inconvenient and expensive for me to send back their wrong item. To top it all off, they were completely unresponsive to my messages, leaving me with an incorrect item and no way to resolve the issue.
