But still it should have been listed as USED. I purchased another one and contacted the seller requesting to get a new one or like new carrier. I explained to them about my previous purchase. The seller replied and said that they have a new item but is missing a gate. Obviously I didn’t want it coz it’s useless to buy a carrier without a gate. The seller refunded my account.
