I messaged Surreal and he sent me the figure completely free of charge. The set itself was all bagged and 99.5% of the pieces were there (as described), nothing was damaged everything looked great! If you are after LEGO this is your one stop shop! Below I have the finished Cantina :) (One of the photos the grey pipe is missing but that was on me I forgot it).
