I had various conversations with this vendor and although at first we did not agree on the part that was shipped they finally did see the error and apologized. I returned the item and got a prompt refund. The vender was very courteous and willing to resolve the issue but I had already ordered one from another vendor. I cannot change the negative feedback so that is why I am adding this message. Don't be afraid to give them a try. Mistakes happen sometimes.
