The Pentax X-5 bridge camera provides advanced features that are useful for a range of shooting conditions.A 3-inch, tilting, high-resolution LCD screen allows you to view images as you shoot pictures so you can make adjustments in real time. The onscreen setting options lets users quickly and easily make adjustments while on the go. Taking photographs in bright sunlight is no problem thanks to the ability to switch between the LCD screen and an electronic viewfinder. The viewfinder also has a dioptre adjuster so that it can accommodate your eyesight and ensure that you get the clearest photos possible. The Pentax branding is displayed prominently in white on the front of the camera body.Auto Picture mode provides a choice of 16 different setting options, including landscape, nighttime, manual, portrait, candlelight, and pet modes. It automatically applies them so you simply point and shoot and still get the best picture possible every time. These cameras also feature a shake reduction system that helps to eliminate blur so that even amateur photographers can confidently take sharp and beautiful photos even when shooting under demanding conditions. The Pentax X-5 camera detects if an image is in close range to the lens and automatically switches to macro mode. This permits photographers to zoom in on subjects as close as one centimeter from the lens. The camera can also be attached to any standard-size tripod for extra stability.The Pentax X-5 features a high-quality zoom lens that allows for photography at a focal length ranging from an ultra-wide angle to an extreme close-up. The sensor allows for sensitivity up to ISO 6400 for quality low-light photos with a minimum of digital noise. The Pentax X-5 shoots video in full HD 1080p. It records in H-264 format at a rate of 30 frames per second and allows for high-speed, low-speed, and time-lapse playback modes. The camera body has a Type D micro-HDMI terminal that permits it to be plugged into your computer or high-definition television while delivering quality video and audio playback.Photos can easily be transferred from the Pentax X-5 by connecting it directly into a computer using a USB cord or placing the removable memory card into a connected card reader. The Pentax X-5 runs on 4 AA alkaline batteries, which makes it a conveniently portable device for use while traveling, camping, or in other situations where users may not have easy access to electrical outlets for recharging. This device is also compatible with rechargeable AA batteries, which adds another level of versatility. This power-efficient camera can take approximately 300 photos with one set of batteries.
