She takes pride in the packaging first and foremost. They are packed with care, better than they would be at the factory. Her description of the shoes is always spot on as well. She promptly ships after purchase, and the prices that she asked are quite reasonable for the quality that you are getting. Obviously, she has a repeat customer in me.
