The seller reached back immediately to see if i wanted to re order the item, and to expedite it due to the limited time i had to receive for a birthday present. I however ended up purchasing elsewhere. With that being said the seller was fully supportive and helpful throughout the issue. And i would definitely purchase from them in the future.
