    Shipping was better than timely plus, the seller communicated with me. Additionally, tracking was provided and was accurate. Packing was amazing with the product perfectly protected. Not that I’ve mentioned the product, I must add that it arrived in perfect condition. Hard to believe it was used. This cup has very special meaning so the fact it arrived in such great condition is very important. There are no stains, cracks or other blemishes. Highly recommend this seller 100%
