They were responsive to messages, confirmed their mistake immediately, and sent a 2nd package with the remaining cards after I opened an 'item not received' case a few days later. Obviously, I don't know if it was an honest mistake or not but they did correct it and I received the items in the listing. The cards could have been protected better but did arrive undamaged.

A week later card still hasn’t arrived. Refused to give me a refund or make things right. Telling me oh ill send the card now, its been over 2 weeks it should have been delivered. Now I have to wait another week for eBay to refund me because he refuses to send refund. If you buy from this guy prepare for a headache, lies, and excuses. STAY AWAY AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE SELLER.
