    The item I ordered was not delivered or even despatched and the reason being although the item was shown as available at the time of purchasing it later transpired that due to stock errors it was not in stock. I have accepted the sellers word on the reason for this but begs the question how long I would have had to wait to find this out and secure a refund if I had not raised an case with ebay.
