The packaging was horrible- most bottles broke open. The bottles were covered in hair. Human hair AND animal hair. The human hair is from no fewer than 5 DIFFERENT people. The items were shipped quickly, but absolutely disgusting and there is absolutely no way I could ever give these away to someone as a gift. Crusty, dirty, disgusting, and filthy. I have no idea how this was in good conscience sent out.
