It was well packaged against damage shipping was fast and reasonable. The scale in the listing was incorrect. The seller accepts returns and was very responsive. He quickly acknowledged the error and issued a full refund. Plus, he did not require me to return the locomotive! So, I passed it on to a friend. This vendor was very professional and classy. Deal with confidence!
