Seller was negotiable about the items i purchased, and when I expressed my concern with shipping costs he quickly alleviated the situation by offering a partial refund. he said he would have the box out by 4:30 that day, it was already 2pm- at 4:22 i had a message pop up on my phone that said there was a new package for delivery. Would HIGHLY recommend this seller
