When I pointed out the issue they communicated quickly and gave tips to try to revive the watch, but it just wouldn't work. They took it back. I am bummed I had to send it back. I would buy from them again. Very trustworthy seller and honest. Condition, quality, value, appearance all 100% and was willing to be flexible.
