    Shipping and packaging were exceptional. The mirror was shipped fast and packaged safely. The mirror came as described; but unfortunately I had to return the item. It was the correct mirror just the wrong model; it wasn’t a manual folding mirror for Subaru Legacy. However, this company’s response was great. They answered every question and was very helpful and quick with the return process; I’m just waiting for a refund. I will most definitely buy from this company again.

    Item was shipped in 2 days. Package was too large and safe. As I used international shipping company as mediator cost of shipping was increased dramaticly for me(fault of shipping company), I would suggest to pack things in smaller boxes and add some holes in plastic wrap to catch water drops that were caught in it. It was as described with really small scratch that doesn't really matter. Value is very good and I am thankful in general. Would buy again 10/10

    The wheel was well packed, shipped quickly and near flawless at a great price. The only downside was, they shipped the wrong wheel. The ATS premium has staggered wheels. I ordered the rear 18x9 but received the front 18x8. Even though i still have a cracked rear wheel, All is well as I also needed to replace the front wheel. I did reorder the rear wheel and asked the seller to verify that it’s the correct size. Hopefully they will verify before shipping. Fingers are crossed!!
