EBay have an agreement with a logistics company called Ascendia, who received the item and promptly sat on it for well over a week, they then added insult to injury by backdating their shipment date on tracking & sending it to France! Over 2,000 on Trustpilot gave this company just 1.5 stars & eBay keep using them. Enough said!

The package arrive well packed with a plastic covering on the outside of the box, which was very considerate in case it rained. They were very prompt with sending my purchase and kept in touch every step of the way. Thank you for sending me the perfect bag--would definately purchase from this seller again!
