To my surprise they told me they were going to simply send another one! Each card has it's own strengths and weaknesses, so that'll be fun to test. 10/10 seller and experience!

However they only issued a partial refund and tried to claim the reason I didn’t receive the full amount was because of VAT I had to pay. In reality they didn’t refund the shipping cost and tried to get away with it. When I pointed this out they stopped replying. Ebay stepped in and processed the remaining refund.
