It took a few days after the payment for it to get shipped, but I had no issues. The packaging was good, a lot of bubble wrap. The value of this for me, was great. The 9400 was a huge upgrade. Would do business with again. A+++++

I am located a couple states away and had to trust TNG and was not disappointed - the Mac was exactly as described. Shipping was within 2 days and it arrived exactly when eBay estimated. True care was put into the packaging - this Mac has a built in CRT and they are known to be ruined in shipping -no problem here. I got a good price on the Mac, and when a mix up happened with a cable, they gave me a credit to cover its replacement. Outstanding!!!
