Upon contacting the seller, they confirmed I received the correct item, but that it must have been damaged during the packaging phase. They offered a partial refund (to keep) or a full refund (to return). I opted for the latter.

Item arrived as described and matched the photos. Maybe a little too fast on the shipping though; The device was not charged at all or factory reset, and Windows was PIN protected resulting in needing to do a cloud restore. Nothing that couldn't be solved easily and within an hour or so. I'm very happy with the purchase overall. A+ Seller, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!
