    The Irish postal service charged me an additional €6.34 for VAT and handling fee because they could not find the IOSS number on the item's packaging. Contacted the seller who told me they provided the necessary details and offered a refund of half of this cost to show their good intentions. I took the offer instead of sending the item back. Good communication and fast response on their side, so I give them 5*. Happy with received item as well. Shame on AnPost for the rip-off!
