They're nice attentive very communicative, and made the hole experience ten times better. The purchased items came in great condition only the box was a bit damaged but it was not there fault at all. Also they make sure that if you purchase a blind item they will send it in a way that won't ruin the unboxing experience. Which is such a sweet addition to it all.

The package was nicely packaged with bubble wrap and sent with tracked delivery. They sent the authentic box with the ‘Courage’ Q Kid in it’s sealed bag!So I had a half unboxing experience which was great. Super cute! Very happy☺️ I would order from them again!
