I reached out to see if they would help or compensate for the condition. There response was send it back. Not we are really sorry we sent you an opened scratched product that was described as new. There are multiple people in the reviews that have similar complaints. Photos will show how it showed up at my house from FedEx. Scratches are through to the bare metal. Would not recommend
