Packaging was less than desired since the box that was used was bigger than needed and three of the four dolls were without any protection and bounced around in the box while being shipped. Dolls arrived in the condition shown in pictures and were indeed as described by the seller. I was able to clean off most marks, tighten any loose limbs and restyle all four of the dolls hair.
