I remember leaving a note during purchase that items sent to my place sometimes arrive damaged. The seller clearly has taken this into account. I am leaving a couple of pictures to show this. There was a big box inside which there is overkill padding and inside which there is another bubble wrap which holds this. At this point, I feel so lucky to deal with this seller over getting the actual item.

It matched the description perfectly and I’m very happy, I went from a 2014 MacBook Pro to a 2019 and the price I paid was in budget! I really appreciate the seller and would recommend to anyone!! Coming from another computer seller!!

In transit, the keyboard was damaged (thanks USPS...) and I requested a refund. I uploaded pictures of the shipping box (looks like USPS 'sat' on it), which wrinkled the outer box and bent the aluminum keyboard inside. Once contacted Mr Stockpile immediately offered a refund for the purchase. I did try the keyboard. Yes, it was damaged. The right side keys do not work.
