When I recieved the unit, the seller had took the time to add extra packaging protection for shipment. I unpacked the tablet, it was all original manufacturer packaging unopened. Followed startup instructions, loaded apps, and began using. I'm very pleased and would buy from seller again!!!

I would highly recommend this seller. my only complaint was my product packaging ,though care was taken to keep it somewhat safe (double bubble bagging and pieces s of filler.i was terrified I'd open that bag to a broken device , I got lucky but I rly feel like stuff as expensive as this should be shipped in a box with little movement AND bubble wrap not just a mailer envelope.
