I had an issue with the disc drive on the Wii and notified the seller, they instantly responded and rectified the issue by sending out another unit. The service of this seller is exceptional, I would definitely recommend.

But despite being well packaged the player had been damaged somehow in transit and wouldn’t play tapes properly. Return and refund was quick and easy, with very good communication from the seller. Shame about the cassette player but a good seller nonetheless 🙂

He refunded the cost without quibble and was polite and apologetic. The item had been as described, very well packaged fast delivery and would have been great value had it worked !
