      Excellent customer service! While I honestly had an issue with the packing... I reached out to the seller and expressed my concerns and got the transparency I was after. Value was there, my concerns were addressed, shipping was timely, and im satisfied with the item in the end being a functional piece of history and what I was after.       Exactly as described. I've been looking for this type of pendant to share with my bestie. It was packaged in a nice sturdy little box. There was another one exactly like this on shopgoodwill.com that went way over what I wanted to pay so I made an offer for this one and they graciously accepted my offer. I feel their asking price was much more reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again, no doubt. The shipping was a little slow buy I wasn't in a hurry. AAA***
