The product was carefully described, promptly shipped, and of great value for its price. When the product was lost by USPS, he was so kind to open a searching mail request which ultimately led to the package being delivered, and offered a full refund in case I did not want to deal with the delay. I had the feeling that, rather than a seller, I found a true collector who evaluates the hobby more than the money.

They helped answer questions and provided a lot of great information prior to any item being purchased. The items were shipped quickly and packaged very professionally. The cards were exactly as described when they arrived (looked even better in person). It really adds value to the transaction when you are dealing with a stand up seller.
