Part of the fault lies with my failing to completely read the item description. I thought I was purchasing a new item when, in fact, the item was being sold for parts. Without giving them sufficient time to reply I gave them a bad review. They have since completely resolved this situation to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in purchasing anything from them in the future. Their customer service is great. Thanks MoveMarine.
