They put new grips on the 3 and 5 woods but when they arrived, the 3 wood shaft was cracked. The shipping box looked OK but who knows. Nonetheless, Blakes was very responsive and sent out a replacement club without hesitation. I highly recommend this company based on my positive experience. Good people.

The used golf club was as described and actually turned out to be in better condition than advertised (very little wear and a very nice grip). The Item was shipped without delay, for I received it several days before the estimated delivery date, which pleased me even more! It was well packaged, with no damage to either the contents or the shipping box. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience!
