Re. packaging, bubble wrap should have been used on top of only newspapers to wrap the item as the 2 pieces (head & body) were moving about in the makeshift cardboard box (also top of the cardboard box came open as brown tape was coming off) but TW teapot was undamaged which is the main bit; happy with item!
