We believed this was the best course of action, as knowingly shipping a faulty item would be poor customer service & cause further inconvenience. We are surprised by the feedback given our efforts to resolve this issue, but we respect your choice to leave it

Item arrived with a couple of stains which were not shown on the images, possibly from transit. Seller and I agreed on a part refund which was completed immediately. Very honest and grateful for the transaction. Would recommend and have saved as a seller. Thanks.
