This is my second purchase, last time for myself (slightly different config), and this time for my son, and he is quite happy with it! It arrived quickly in perfect condition, and is a good value compared to a low-end Chromebook, and he proceeded to install Arch Linux on it for his school work as well as some game playing. Highly recommended!

Not a single visible blemish on the condition, spotless. Quick look inside, and everything is as it should be. A very minor qualm, is that the pictures on the listing weren't 100% accurate. They showed a full-sized ethernet port, whereas this model requires a dongle. A little disappointing but not the end or the world. Would highly recommend this seller, great products at a fair price.

Came well protected in a air/bubble wrapper ensuring no damage to the laptop in transit. Unit was basically brand new (plastic protection on the power button and the power brick still!) even though it was advertised as refurbished, excellent condition. Not a mark on it! Super happy and will recommend this seller going forward.

Shipping was prompt and they were professionally packaged, using notebook bubble containers. I tested all 3 extensively and they are in good order. I did find a bad wifi card but the seller responded within minutes and assisted me in getting a replacement card the next day. Every bit of the transaction was well handled. The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.
