The Seller immediately responded with a kind message, apologized and promptly sent me a label and assured me that I would receive a full refund when the item was returned. I was refunded as soon as the packaged was scanned at the post office. Even though I didn't get to enjoy watching the dvd, I appreciate the Seller's response and would consider buying from him/her again. Thank you

The spine was flattened slightly but no tears or other damage. The package arrived on time and in the condition that was described. Overall a good experience and i would buy from this seller again.
