To sum…..they stated the item was in AZ (not Korea)- which if it was I would have received it on time. Seller would not cancel order. Then…Received a suspicious message that the product was a recall so order would be cancelled. I received a false picture of my item being delivered. I called ebay to report. I got refund, but wondering what type of scam??!

Locks were never received, FedEx delivered to another address. Seller has notified me that they are refunding my cost. Response was quick by seller that locks were not received to refund. Waiting as this time for refund. I really wanted the locks, were keyed alike and 'looked like what I needed, by description.Durable Heavy Duty Keyed Alike Padlocks - Complete 8 Lock Set for Security (#306130969717)
