And confirmed with me before canceling the order on their end, as it was not the product I was looking for. The seller was really responsive and I appreciate that about them.

Because the buyer had asked about the package before shipping I let him know that I torn the package and did send the picture so he could see. He stated he didn't want them, so I instantly refunded him. I normally would have sent the filters seeing that I was the one who just ripped the package, but because he asked I did check in first. Just can't please everyone. no matter how hard you try.
