However, they did instead send me a replacement cel from the same scene and offered to cover all return costs if I did not like the replacement. Overall, I'd say this was still a positive experience. Things happen and they made up for it. The cel was well packaged and arrived to me quickly and undamaged. Would buy from again.

There was a small hole in the plastic-sealed packaging, which sometimes happens in transport, so I was naturally nervous when there was precipitation outside. Thankfully the deliverer placed it in a dry place, so nothing was damaged! Reasonable shipping speed though and always a plus to be able to track the package!
