Mind you, I asked before purchasing and they said yes. Never stated extra cost. They sent a plain headpiece. I asked several times and even asked about even purchasing a matching one with embroidery and got no response as to how to order one. Only run around. Communication was horrible after getting my money. I needed the dress for a baby shower but it does not match anything. The picture of the listing is sky blue but I recieved a turquoise dress. When I asked to return it the seller had the nerve to say its expensive to return and I should pay to ship it back to Inda. and the color is the same not different. Just see the photos of the dress and listing that I will attatch. My wife sent me a link and i usually check rating!!
