The only issue raised was light wear to the shoe box from normal shipping — this is outside our control and not affecting the brand new product inside. After buyer’s first neutral, we even offered a completely new replacement pair at our own expense, but he never replied. Instead, he left this second neutral. This repeated feedback is not consistent with genuine buyer concerns and does not reflect our otherwise 100% service.
