It took a while to get here (4 days to be exact, lol) but this laptop functions normally, does everything it is supposed to the appearance is slim, fit and pristine. Since I invested, I can finally start running my small scale online business again. I am happy I invested into this!

Apps keep seizing (1) I go to exit a page and it pops back up by itself(2) and keeps having to buffer even with a clear strong signal. I should have gone with the other guy, his was a little more expensive but now I know why. And why this seller doesn't take returns. Lesson learned

I had a question for the seller and it was promptly answered. It was also shipped quickly. This is my second purchase from this seller (the other was a laptop for my mom a year or two ago.) Both times everything went great. Good prices, good laptops, excellent seller. My go to seller for computers!

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. A 2 pack is a 2 pack, and at a great price. Seller communicates the entire process from shipping to delivery. Will buy from again.
