Although it was warned that the battery could last 2 hours or less, in less than 1 month I had to buy a new battery because the one that came with it would not work without being connected to the power supply.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th. Thanks Ron and the crew!
