But I think that was FedEx's fault, not the seller's. FedEx used a strange outsourcing company and hired a strange person to deliver the item. The person had only been in the country for two days and didn't speak English, so he couldn't communicate effectively. He couldn't read a map, and couldn't even identify an address. This resulted in the item being nearly lost. Thankfully, it was eventually
