I mean the quality of this chromebook for $40 is incredible. The condition of this device is awesome too. For $40 this is the best deal you will ever find. The appearance of this thing is magnificent because it has a touchscreen and transforms into a tablet and has good screen resolution. I found absolutely no dents but a little crack on the screen. The shipping was very fast too. I recommend this to everyone.

The battery only had about 40 charge cycles which is less then what Chromebooks will give you at this price range. CPU was very fast and in case you want to install windows, there is no write protect screw so you can just use uefi boot or use Linux. This is by far the best Chromebook for this price range. Very good value.

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.

By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!!
