Had trouble just logging in to the computer due to this being an older person that had no outlook or msn account. It all worked out. Seller is slow to answer questions but I would definitely buy another laptop top from them. Dell software was a little cantankerous so not the sellers fault. .

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business.
