The seller is very honest and advised me that when they came to dispatch, the chair was damaged. I was offered alternatives and opted for a full refund. I got the refund the same morning. There was a problem with delivery (useless Evri apparently 'lost' my parcel after trying to deliver it to an office block rather than my cottage...!) However not a problem for this wonderful seller who, when I e-mailed to explain Evri's mess up, immediately sent out another window seat via DPD who delivered it the next day without any problem.
