They ship USPS which is not very desirable but even worse they require a signature. If i had known that ahead of time I would have either found a different seller or used a different address. My local USPS is horrible to deal with. That said product was a good price and was as advertised. They did place it in the mail quickly but I would encourage them to be more upfront on products that require signatures or offer the ability to make changes.
