It is comfortable and effective. Prevents my mouth from opening during sleep and doesn't feel constricting like a chin strap. The product is well-made and attractive, and the strap is long enough for an adult male to comfortably wear it. Even at $14.99 it was a much better value than less expensive Chinese alternatives.

My husband uses these pillows with his CPAP machine to prevent tucking in his chin which causes additional apneas. He's had one for years but the velcro was quickly dying and I had been frantically searching for a replacement for awhile. I found this seller and bought 2 immediately. They arrived in new condition, looked exactly like his old one did when it was new.
