They still had tags but were stained in 2 places (see photos). I bought these knowing returns were not accepted but would like to have known up front about the stains. In the photos of the original listing, the larger of the stains is on the side so not really pictured. The small one on the front is visible if you zoom in. As it is, they fit and are comfortable so I will cross my fingers the stains will come out in the wash.
