It was clearly stated in the description that the laptop was used so I expected some wear and tear on the outer shell. What I did notice was that the pads were cleaned upon testing the software, it ran perfectly. The charger that the laptop came with did not work. I reached out to the seller and within the same day they shipped out a new one. All-in-all a great experience!
