I am 86 years olf and not very tech savvy so it could be me, but I'm used to be able to buy a computer and merely loading my programs on to them. Not the case this time. Thjerefore, I am still unable to use the laptop. This is not a negative report for the laptop nor the seller because it might be that I'm the problem?? I simply don't don't?????

It's very clean and in like new condition and offers all the features the seller advertised. The seller was responsive to my questions before buying and offers a generous warranty but hopefully I won't need to use it.
